Job Description: Fundraising Consultant (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities:

Fundraising Acquisition: Inspire potential donors with our cause and nurture these valuable relationships.

Representation: Be the face of our association and convey our vision and values externally.

Teamwork: Work closely with your colleagues and your regional manager to achieve our common goals.

What We Expect from You:

Business Registration: You should be registered as a business with or without the option of VAT and be able to provide the corresponding proof (business registration and, if applicable, tax certificate from the tax office). Without a tax certificate, commission payments will be made net only.

Integrity: No criminal record for financial offenses – we rely on trust and honesty.

Professional Appearance: You represent our association and should be able to do so with conviction and professionalism.

Interview: After a positive review, we will invite you to an interview, either in person or via videoconference.

Decision: The board will decide on your suitability as a fundraising consultant.

Your Path to Becoming a Regional Manager:

Gain Experience: Work successfully as a fundraising consultant for at least 2 months.

Build a Team: Recruit at least 2 additional fundraising consultants for our team, each achieving a monthly donation revenue of at least 20,000 euros.

Revocation of Authorization:

In case of serious violations of applicable law or behavior damaging to the association, the authorization can be revoked in writing and with justification. In disputed cases, the activity can be temporarily suspended until the matter is clarified.
